We believe in raising standards for our Tenants and Landlords alike and are members of the National Landlord Association.

We were one of the first Lettings Agent to be Accredited by The Peterborough Accredited Landlord Scheme (pals) launched on December 9th 2008.

Letsrush encourages all our landlords to maintain their properties to the highest standards.

Unlike most Lettings Agents we do not charge Landlords for setting up or renewing existing Tenancy Agreements.

When tenants decide to rent one of our properties there are no excessive administration fees and usually no deposits to pay if they qualify for the Tenant Bond Scheme.

Tenants who don't qualify and are receiving Housing Benefit may be eligible for help with raising a deposit and may not be required to pay the first months rent in advance.
