Letsrush’s management commission is simply 10% of your gross monthly rent.
It’s that simple! Letsrush’s management commission could save you 30% compared with some agents, and that’s before the unnecessary setup or renewal fees they charge.
Ask other rental agents what they’ll charge you! Some charge up to 12% plus 20% VAT and that is equal to 14.40% of your gross monthly rent, plus the Tenancy setup or Tenancy renewal fees they'll ask you to pay.
